With a specialization in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Estate Litigation, you will be integral in delivering comprehensive legal services to our private clients. Operating in a dynamic environment that emphasizes both professional excellence and cutting-edge technology, you will handle a diverse caseload—from drafting wills and trusts to managing probate applications and representing clients in family provision claims.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on complex estate planning strategies, including testamentary trusts and superannuation proceeds trusts.
- Administering estates with precision, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, and facilitating a smooth transition of assets.
- Acting in estate litigation matters, guiding clients through challenging disputes with empathy and strategic insight.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of succession law principles, recent case law, and emerging practices.
- Collaborating seamlessly with Senior Associates, paralegals, and administrative support to achieve optimal client outcomes.
